TOB 101 (Amar al Máximo) is an International Bilingual Institute dedicated to spreading Saint John Paul II’s personalistic vision of the human person, human love and sexuality, also known as the Theology of the Body. We truly believe that this vision is the answer our culture and our Church is searching for to overcome the crisis we face as individuals and as a society related to human sexuality, identity, love and happiness.

This vision helps us to see our bodies as a treasure map that leads us to the satisfaction of our deepest desires. We have attended over 17 countries around the world in both English and Spanish, in over 1000 events over the last 20 years, offering conferences, workshops, courses and academic certification programs for men and women of all walks of life. We work with married couples on the topics of affectivity, sexual intimacy, conjugal spirituality and sexual education. We work with consecrated celibates, priests, seminarians, religious and formattors on the topics of consecrated chastity and the pastoral work of sexual education and affectivity. We also work with children, teens and young adults, offering courses on sexual education, identity, chastity and dating. All of these events can be offered in both English and Spanish from either a religious or secular point of view, depending on the needs of the audience.
